The warranty we offer is a non transferrable, 3 year limited warranty, which begins at the completion of contracted work. If any portion of our work should fail due to workmanship, just call, and we’ll come fix it. Due to a very hectic schedule during exterior season, we only ask that any warranty claim be made before May 15th of the given year, or we cannot guarantee completion before the balance of the summer has passed.
The warranty will be effective if, and only if, the customer:
has signed off on job completion.
has paid contract amount in full.
has completed customer feedback card.
Areas not warranted
Any Season will repair only areas where peeling and blistering has occurred. Any Season will not exceed repairs mentioned on original estimate sheet.
- Any horizontal surface
- Cracks in plaster and or drywall
- Paint supplied by customer
- Galvanized metal
- Bleeding knots
- Moisture damage, rust
- Exterior varnished surfaces
- Peeling of previous paint layers
The warranty does not include
- Cracks or tape tears due to a shifting building
- Paint cost.
- Matching of the paint. The paint can be matched closely, but rarely perfectly.
- Mildew – caused by moisture accumulation
- Rotten wood, or rusted or disintegrating metals
