Simply put, we believe our system for painting exteriors is the highest quality, most affordable hybrid available. We feel that there are certain requirements that must be met to protect your investment in the exterior of your home. Any Season Painting guarantees that we are the best priced contractor in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Southern Maine at meeting these requirements.
We can appreciate the focus on price when considering your home improvement contractor. It is a very real factor in this economy. Our goal is to provide homeowners with all of the information they need to make a truly informed decision. During the estimate we discuss, in detail, the the causes of your home’s paint failure, it’s solution, and how we can prevent future issues. From there the choice is yours.
Our price match guarantee, is a tool we feel helps you, the homeowner, ask the necessary questions of other visiting contractors so you can see the various proposals as apples to apples. We offer an 8 point checklist to help the homeowner see how each estimate stacks up, and that includes:
1. Project must include identical prep methods, including the use of XIM Peel Bond Primer, for all undercoating and priming.
2. Number of coats applied must be equal, not just ‘to coverage’.
3. Project must include a written 3 year warranty.
4. All work must be covered by at least $2 million in liability, and all employees must have workman’s comp coverage that can be easily verified by their local agent via mail or fax.
5. Subcontractors often result in a disconnect in communication and quality of work/products being used, between the homeowner, subcontractor, and sales agent. As an owner operated company, Any Season Painting does not use subcontractors, and therefore cannot compete with franchise companies that do.
6. All Any Season Painting projects are specced with top of the line Benjamin Moore and California products.
7. We are a licensed, and EPA approved lead safe renovation contractor, which is now mandatory on all homes that were built prior to 1978. Qualifying estimates should include necessary containment procedures, and certifications for implementation.
8. Qualifying estimates must provide, in writing, all components of project for the sake of verification.
Any Season Painting is confident that an equal system to ours for the same price does not exist. So much so, that if one is discovered, we will meet it and beat it by 5%.
*We reserve the right to verify another company’s product and price before issuing a price match. We also reserve the right to limit price matching to companies that are licensed, EPA authorized firms. Our lowest price will be determined after all discounts and rebates have been applied. Any and all insurance related work does not qualify for the price match guarantee.
